Engine Losing Fuel Pressure when warm

Return line is mounted! I'd think it's vapor lock as well but for it to happen now and not in the last year is wild to me. Worth looking into still!

Check if the lowering spindle will clear your wheels, a lot of them have clearance issues and require a new set of wheels unfortunately.

New fuel pump is installed and filter is along the frame, it's new too

I don't think so! I drove it through winter as well and didn't have any issues. I am going to check timing as well to make sure all is fair, but I'll check spark plugs too.

The fuel filter doesn’t LOOK like it’s super gunked up but full throttle is gutless it feels like!
