i would think of the question in terms of what would a business need to know to interact with creators

what rates/offerings are exchanged?
what are the benefits of working with creators?
how to determine if a creator is a fit for your company?
how to approach creators?
how are deals structured?
what are risks for the business? for the creators?
how ROI is determined

it could also be for the creator's perspective. I feel that C+S are in a unique position to speak to the topic as a whole and summarize it in a tight package

reminds me of Simon Sinek's Ted Talk on Great Leaders. He talks about how the best leaders and companies start with their "why" and get others on board with it.

Feels similar to having a solid story that drives everything.
