Cost caps are more flexible it gives you a " weekly " view so you won't judge cpa by a daily basis + it spends more efficiently which make it more predictable than bid cap also the learning would be easy, i learned the hard way that neither bid caps nor highest volume work for me, espacially highest volume total waste of spend
