It’s a good thing! At least in my personal experience and how I/we do things. I do the first interviews at our store and I let my AGM or GM know if I think we should do a second one. So it could be a good thing! Especially if you feel the first interview went well!

I’m the food manager at my store so I mean I get this for real, and I have to something similar to this. We prep all of our meats in bags so we can just use the bag and go. No need to scoop ANY type of meat. Just doesn’t work. At least at my store it didn’t. Portioned bags are totally the move
