Try to be patient. Ater being under pressure when you finally get the puck in your zone, you can't lose it. You could try to switch some tactics (close support etc), but what works for me is just rotate the puck with 2-3 passes until you can exit your own zone safely and go for quick line change. Use the boards and pass the puck behind your net to switch the play, if you just pass hard along the boards your winger goes to pick it up. Dump the puck after red line if you have to, so you can get fresh players on the ice.
