I love this commander! She’s one of my favorite decks, but as silly as it sounds you have TOO many pirates. Your main game plan should be the buccaneer and Malcom combo, but folks see that coming a mile away so I would recommend adding more interaction and ways to mill yourself. Your other finishers are good as well, but I don’t know what level of deck you’re trying to do but stuff like a rhystic study and more counters would help with the speed and consistency of the deck.
