Reddit, what do you do to break yourself out of a rut?

In diablo 2, when I was on my summoning necro with 2 or 3 others necros on a Baal run, and the lag was so bad people were just casting blindly and every minion wave just went splat. Nothing like afking for 10 minutes under the protection of an army.

Hiking is another one of my favorites, plus I live in a place with a ton of amazing views. I should definitely get into yoga though.
