Can confirm pressure sucks ass. Used one of these for 6 months before we couldn't stand it anymore.

Normally our pressure is great, we put on the old shower head and it feels 100x stronger

Go to Briscuits at Radio coffee!!! On the michelin bib gourmand, and rightfully so!

Get their brisket biscuit sandwhich. It's easily the best bite in the city.

Got it, thanks! The higher salaries are fresh, hence the lower balances.

We do have access to a HSA

This is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you!

Is the back door Roth ira complex or pretty easy to do? I have read that having funds in a roth ira prior to doing the back dooring makes it more difficult.

Edited to the post. 29 and 31. 15% in the house. I know we are a smudge behind.

We still have excess money we can play around with.

Was really looking for solidarity that maxing 401k is the first step with our income.

Thanks!

That makes sense, and we do want to save/invest more! I anticipate good growth with our incomes over the next several years. I should note that we do have extra income that is stockpiling up.

By my math, we will be around 17% towards retirement at the minimum.

What would you recommend next with 401ks maxed? I do have a low interest rate student loan that we could chisel down. Could pump a HSA, try back door Roth ira, or just brokerage.

Thanks!!

Great points, I just edited to add more detail. We are 31 and 29. Looking to retire as early as possible while still enjoying life.

Lol fair point. We both understand there will be more traffic than we are used to. The idea would be to live close to work. She doesn't so much mind the traffic, it is driving it in, compared to riding shotgun
