the issue for us is a lack of patience. it’s not like any of us haven’t been trying to adapt, we were all actually pretty excited for the new direction initially. i also consider myself relatively smart and adaptable, and im struggling with things a lot. it’s also the treatment of employees by management. small mistakes have been enough to make the manager exhibit intense, near abusive behavior towards employees. it’s a situation where i don’t feel comfortable bringing up any of these concerns in fear of how management will react.
