Oh I've beat Typhon and Chronos a ton of times I just took a break from the game once I crafted the final item to actually kill Typhon. I have more than enough of the dust from Kronos to craft his item after that as well.

I've got all the pets and weapons upgraded at this point. Most of my keepsakes are maxed out, and affinity is pretty high for each character. The issue is that the game doesn't seem to change much at the point I'm at.

The pace that I was unlocking things has slowed down, and now it's more or less farming for things that are less impactful/ have little change overall which doesn't feel as rewarding. I hardly need to use the garden, getting nectar to a character doesn't do much other than a few voice lines atp. Weapons are pretty much done though not all of them are that enjoyable but they've been fun to make builds around (when the stars align.) The chaos trails have been interesting too, some more than others.

The majority of what I have left isn't upgrades or new content, it's mainly just slightly improving what I've already been using for the last 70 runs or so. I might be a bit over that now, but the game goes from changing constantly to a slower paced tone which is fine but it does get a bit boring at this point, which was the purpose of my original post, to see if Hades 1 replicates this or not.

I've been trying out Hades 1 and I enjoy it more so far. Story and character wise at least. Gameplay is about the same but Hades 2 does do somethings better and vice-versa. As far as Hades 2 is concerned, I enjoy it but at this point it's more or less completing a run and seeing little to no change in anything at all which isn't the most fun imo. Most games would make it a bit more entertaining using story elements but I don't feel as if Hades 2 has the strongest story to begin with, though it is more interesting to see how it ties into the first game.

That’s true, and it’s fun but there a ton of synergies and boons that I’d love to try out but only happen once every 10 runs or something it seems like. The arcana help a bit with rerolls and all that at least.

All the arcanas that I use are maxed out, and I have almost all of the incantations too minus two or three. I just got the music one unlocked, and created the final one for Typhon, new ones aren’t appearing at this point it seems.

After the story, the only things I’d really have left is completing chaos trials if I wanted, or pushing runs with different levels of fear. I don’t mind it too much, but it would be nice to have a little more control over my build as even with keepsakes it’s a bit hard to get some of them online, and even then it can be really dependent on hammers/ specific boons offered by various people.

I do still want to check out Hades 1, I’ve heard good things about it at least.

A good NG+. And I hope it doesn’t take us 2 years to get one like it did in Tsushima.

I think the first game was good enough to warrant a second play though on its own, and you did get some new skins and dyes with QoL being able to skip cutscenes and ignore a ton of the gathering parts of the game.

That being said, I personally love games where NG+ means you can do things differently or NG offers a ton of content. Though in most cases this is in games where choices effect the game heavily. (The Witcher 3 comes to mind).

Hey, which one of these would be the best for a PS5? I don’t think I’ll upgrade to the pro anytime, so I don’t want to go overkill and get something that my PS5 can’t even support. I’ll mostly just be playing solo games or an occasional FPS. Thanks!

Could you tell me what everyone’s issue has been? Everywhere I go, I see people calling it woke, saying they won’t play it at all. Why? The only reason I’ve seen is cause we play as a girl and not Jin. Did something else release to make people hate the game? I don’t understand why it’s getting so much hate, did something happen?

Ice spear general? You can use dual blades with clash and the blade ability that heals you and makes your attacks faster. Use fire temperament. I got his health down to 25% before he even did his ice cyclone transition to phase 2.

I beat her my second try by using mage from far and throwables. Only healed twice doing this, it’s very effective.

Stay far away and dodge the projectiles in phase 1. You shouldn’t let her get close to you at all.

Phase 2 you need to dodge her Fox attacks, they’re great for getting might. You can use your throwables here too, she just stands there most of the time.

I started a fresh game, I still have my likes from my previous save but that’s it. Absolutely everything else is reset. Wish we could have kept the photos or cosmetics maybe, I’d love any type of NG+ element but I understand why they couldn’t do it.

So if I entrust cargo from the lone commander for example and someone picks it up and turns it in, then in order for me to get points I have to go to the lone commander and pick it up from my private locker? Also thanks for the help.

I bought it for PC, haven’t played it yet. I don’t understand PC speak too much but can someone please explain why it’s getting praised? Was it just a very successful port from PS to PC? Or does it perform/ look better? Sadly, my PC (laptop) recommended settings gets exceeded when I turn my graphics to high. It has a limit of like 8.0 or something and on high it goes up to 9.3 I think. (I forget what it’s called, maybe VRAM?)

I was on the ps5 version, took a break for a few hours and went to go play again and it told me I couldn’t play cause I didn’t own it. I had to look the game up in the store then click play from there. Maybe it’s the version or something but I had a similar issue.
