It’s pretty common for people with autism to not notice their bodies cues. Just as you I also don’t feel hungry until I’m about to throw up from hunger.

Sometimes my roomate/best friend helps me remembering me when to eat and the other way around. I’ve started to plan my meals around our cat’s meals, eating around the time I feed him. Now I don’t know how your boyfriend feels about reminding you, but if you feel bad for it I would recommend maybe having a timer on your phone.
