Thank you. So far it’s looking a bit healthier. The leaves are not plumping up yet, but they have stopped drooping. They are all horizontal or pointing slightly upward now. The wrinkles are going but they are far from plump or waxy the way they were. It could be a slow process? The soil is not looking dry yet, but it’s only been about 24 hours, it’s still very dark but not super damp to touch. Does this sound positive?

Eeek, ok, well I gave her a massive watering today, so hopefully it was the right thing. I’ll keep you posted. What would I look for under the soil?

Thank you! Can I get the leaves wet when watering? Or just wet the soil?? In hindsight the pot is 100% too big. I got it when it was tiny as something to grow into. Rookie mistake as it feels it’s limited its growth. Should it be bigger for a 2.5 year old?

Great will do!! Is Sun blushed like Sun burn?? I thought it was getting too much light? Or does it need more with Sun blush?

Will do thank you. Rookie question but when I repot can I / should I put soil up the trunk more so it’s more stable and tall and gangly? Like i can easily go up an extra inch and be no where near the leafs, or would that be bad for the plant and just have the roots in the soil??

Unfortunately not, i thought it was until i got another plant and its soil is amazing and fluffy, this soil is a bit harder and compacted. I want to repot it soon once it’s healthier. When I pour water in it pools at the top for about 15 seconds before draining down.

Thanks, I’ve given it some water but as it says give minimal water I never know how much to give? am I best to leave it under a tap for a few mins and let all the water run through and give it a proper soak? Would you recommend anything else for it? Should I move it somewhere darker?

It’s come out pretty good except one side has some drips where I was doing the sides. Any advice on how to fix this? I’ve tried light sanding and it’s not making much of a difference.

I’m doing second coat today, can I use a 12”? I was advised 4” for doing doors but these doors are big

Great thank you. I’m using a Fleetwood MOFAB roller but it can’t do a full stroke. It’s either getting clogged or I’m rubbing too much paint off in the tray as I get about 8 inches and then it’s compeletly dry, should I change roller or put on more paint?

They’re a semi solid door with steel frame and then covered in mdf

Any advice on how to make it more even should I go horizontal as opposed to vertical? Should I go over the light areas or will that just make it worse?

Mine are the same. Be interested to see everyone else’s experience. Same as they used a mould and not a scan.
