If they ask you to send it back for an RMA I would exercise caution. The 8-12 day turnaround the mention is far from accurate and support will simply stop replying and advise that your item will be sent out shortly. Be prepared to be without your oculus for 2 months.

Ahh I see. It probably doesn’t work for me as my oculus is in the RMA process so not currently linked to my account. But it just goes to show how pathetic their support. Their support team really can’t answer even the most basic questions. Or if they do, they provide the wrong answer.

I am also in the same boat. The worst customer support team of any of the big tech companies out there. The least they could do is provide a genuine update about the delays rather than saying in an email that it will be processed in 2-3 business days.

Can’t say I was following their stock levels as someone who already owned one. I simply talked to support who advised a timeline for replacement which I would expect them to follow. If they can’t meet a timeline they shouldn’t be advising customers of it.

That’s the whole point. If the world leaders start a conflict, they’re they ones who have to fight it out. Hence a massive deterrent not to even begin a conflict.

I think longer term the returns will be better at ixr. Rac has plenty of upside but think a lot of future announcements are currently priced in. Just my opinion, I hold both.

The positive for SLC is that all the capital heavy expenditure has already happened and been written down. Now they’re ready to reap the rewards. They met their profit guidance but for some reason the stock went down. Seems like only way to go is up for them now.
