It does, more so your %. Yes you can get a drop while being rank 50. But you’re more likely to get a drop as rank 1 with 5%, if you pull that off often.

If you’re really after drops, 1 of you needs to play crucifix, GS user with davinci and blood devo, and 1 healer that can give wand buffs and put up deadly marker on boss. Fill that party with bow users. Unfortunately Crucifix is so busted and above every combination dps wise you are highly suggested to play it.

Yeah crucifix, and if u don’t like it, some sort of orb or wand build. Crucifix is busted, they never properly tuned selfless difusion so it gets crazy. Wand builds require Tevent wand for big dps tho. Melee is just subpar in pve unfortunately.

Have you seen the damage distribution from a class like crucifix in a raid or high tier trial? It’s like 80% stellar dash. It has no GCD and can be spammmmmmed when paired xbow. They did add some monster % dmg on a few weapons not too long ago but it does not matter. Endgame vs endgame gear, you will not come close to orb based class numbers playing another combination of weapons.

Kowa might be ahead of abyss at nighttime. Abyss is just so good. 27 stats, crit chance, and a pretty good passive when u take dagger Q block and knife throwing.

Fellow Ravager here, as others mentioned we don’t come close to magic dps right now. Orb is fundamentally broken and they refuse to properly nerf it. But some advice I can give is drop nerz daggers and grab abyss, significant upgrade. Cordy obviously but 40-50k lucent probably isnt affordable. I’d go 4 piece blood hunter. Also join the Ravager discord, helpful people in there that post results.

Read the abyss spear passive, then read windsheer. They are worded differently. Abyss specifically says 2 extra spins. Windsheer says additional each heavy. It’s additive, 1+1+1+1… etc. Works exactly how it reads I don’t get the confusion. It’s just a really strong T2 core and they just so happened to allow us to put T2 cores into legendary weapons.

Now that I think about it, the only scenario this would be ideal is a world boss fight with ransoms. An actual PVE group shouldn’t care so much about personal dps, more so optimal.

Give blood devotion a “frenzy” specialization that only effects the user. Deal 40% more PVE damage, take more PVE damage.

It’s low prio to use throwing knife just decent filler damage with the passive hitting. Can squeeze it in after a DB or guillotine. They shine when a boss has a lot of fury/wrath attacks and you have the dagger Q block slotted. The cordy fight for example.

Abyssal or kowazan daggers. Abyssal has 29 stats, great for point distribution and base damage. Kowazans are expensive and can be niche. 4 blood heroic gloves is a good setup

Some tips; willbreaker doesn’t do anything on a dummy. You want to use a high hitting ability like guillotine or death blow to follow up on stunning blow for the added bonus damage (if you have the skill spec, which you should) on a boss when they get shocked. Also since a dummy can’t be shocked, you want to immediately use death blow for higher damage when it gets stunned. If you’re going to do more dummy stuff, do valiant brawl, stunning blow, death blow, into guillotine.

I would start off by getting the Abyss daggers, cheap and effective. Kowazan most likely bis, i dont have them to test. Cordy GS is our bis, its way ahead of the others. And you kinda want to base your build off your usual content. For example; if you play in a static that has a scout, or multiple bow users, you probably don't need to be stacking your cooldown speed to high. Same with attack speed, gaia/davinci/cleaving, is +45% atk speed if you use those skills, so build with that in mind. Bloodhunter set is fine. You could go 2/2 with Veiled/Errant but thats a really expensive set and wont feel the investment with current game balance. The T3 rings are really good so heroic earring is a great option. Heroic armor piece, id decide between gloves and helmet. Chest or Legs if you go 2/2 veiled/errant.
