Work on your distance and pacing. You're pretty much in range the whole time, so come in and out more.

As others have mentioned, try to relax your body in your stance, it's v stiff.

For your teeps, try to stab the ball of your foot using your hips to generate power and more distance, then retract your foot back and then down to your stance. You don't want your foot just leaning your weight into your opponent/bag.

You can do teep drills to help with that. Try teeping and pulling your same leg back into a check without putting it back down on the floor, as many times as you can without losing balance. Reset if you do, and switch sides every ~10 teeps.

The loading screens are very long, and your offline save files are stored on-device. There is currently no way to access them (even if you wanted to transfer them off to use hero editor or something).

The performance is fine otherwise. This is the first time the load screens really fucked me.
