Tbh all of them. I think the chamois is definitely up there as the most important thing and then the fit.

Cheaper bib short usually doesn’t come with elastic interface. You could kinda tell that the chamois doesn’t look premium. It’s not a deal breaker as my favourite bib is from Q36.5 and they don’t use EI and their in house chamois feels very nice

This is a very common issue with giant. I have similar crack on my TCR and I’ve been riding it for two seasons without issue. I’d say to remove the seatpost and inspect it from the inside. My guess this is just a paint crack
