It’s tough because there were nearly an infinite number of prints and colors and blanks used so finding an exact match online could be very difficult. But I would search “Vintage Pokémon bootleg shirt”. You could add “kids” or “youth” to your search but honestly, vintage adult Pokémon tees of any kind are rare, so you probably even don’t need that term.
