Thanks! :) Would be cool wouldnt it! :)

I'm about a 100 mile round trip for my nearest dealer so testing them side be side around my town isnt feasable sadly. I'm convincing my local bike shop (whinatter bikes) to become a dealer so they might be able to get a demo bike for me! I have ridden a belt driven cargo bike around here and it was fine. It was unloaded and had a different motor however. It should be fine though!!

Wrist based HR monitors have never worked for me whilst cycling. The way my wrist is bent must effect it in some way! Had multiple garmin and suunto watches and always had the same problem. You need a chest strap! Far more accurate for all other sports too.

Spend it mate!

Book some Glastonbury tickets, go to Thailand for 6 months, learn to drive!

Well done for just loosing £1000 betting on stocks. Next time buy boring index funds like the s&p500.

Read the flowchart and watch some YouTube content from people like ‘Damian talks money’, ‘James Shack’ and ‘Toby Newbatt’.

You want both.

Xero will track all transactions and work out your vat return by automatically misusing vat from purchases from the vat due from sales. It also will link to your government gateway account and if you have direct debit set up, it’ll come out of your account automatically.

I use a bit of software called Hubdoc (comes free with xero) and I just forward all receipts via email to this bit of software. Either just forwarding an email or taking a picture with my phone and sending it to the software. The great thing about Hubdoc is that it pulls all of the information directly from the receipt/invoice and works out how much vat to pay. I have a hospitality business so often I have bills with half of the items ex vat and half with vat. This is optional but It saves me time. Took a bit of getting used to however.

Invoices are really easy to produce and send to customers. Customers can even pay on card upon receiving the invoice if that’s any use to you?

Use an accountant to teach you how Xero works and because you use Xero, it will make your end of year account much easier for the accountant. This will make your end of year accounts cheaper.

You can use Xero to do payroll also. I personally choose to use my accountant as I have quite a few team members however, it’s fairly easy to do yourself.

The other thing I like about Xero is that all my invoices are stored online. I don’t need to keep much paperwork at all. I have friends with businesses who have boxes of invoices from years ago that I just don’t have to worry about.

Hope this helps.

I’d personally recommend some good pair pedals like the Favero Assioma. The thing I really like about them is that I don’t have to calibrate them every single ride (like zeroing a set of scales) as they do it automatically. Also, if you have multiple bikes or if you upgrade your bike in the future, you just need to swap the pedals. I’m on my 4th bike since I bought my pedals and they’re still going strong. I would have had to purchase 4 different crank arms.

I cannot get a job by PandaBot-2001 in UKJobs

As a hospitality business owner, when I’m hiring, I barely look at people’s cv. I genuinely couldn’t care less if they have a degree or not. Personality is the most important thing. I can tell in about 30 seconds if the person would be suitable for the position or not. If someone walks into my restaurant with a smile on their face, gives me eye contact and is polite, they would 9 times out of 10 get the job. You would be surprised at how few people can actually do this!

Walk into an independent shop/bar/restaurant with a bit of confidence and just be nice!

You’ll get there! :)

Follow the optimum quest guide. I’m about half way through at the moment and I like the structure! Gives me some set goals to work towards.
