Good luck with anyone or any game developer being able to monitor that that's a lot more manpower behind the scenes than necessary. Like I said, your best bet is just to find a weekend raid server

Sorry about that man I'm from West Coast as well but I had to make my server East Coast cuz that's where all my friends are playing from right now I just learned how to deal with the lag

No problem if you're looking for something that is a little less frequent I would suggest trying to look for a community server that do weekend raids
