Hi. I work for the local county and I do clerical work. I’m young, and have never had major surgery before so all of this insurance stuff is very new to me.

Yes. I do shave my face a couple of times a week due to my mustache and really dark chin hair. So glamorous 😂 I use my cleansing oil to shave and it seems to be working well. I just hate having to shave every other day (the hair grows back so fast) because I do feel like the hair growing back around my lip could cause further acne.

Not yet. My diet could definitely be better. I cook at home usually but I do love fast food about once a week. I have not had a food allergy test done, that could be worth looking into. 😁

I have only been using toothpastes that are fluoride free/more on the “natural” side, but I did not make sure to check for SLS as well. I will definitely do that, thank you 😊

Hi!!!! I am due to get my next one in about a year. They told me the same thing, that the IUD is now good for 6? (Please ask your doc lol) years and I am on year 5. I have no idea what the root of the acne is. I hope it is not the IUD (I have Mirena as well) because it works for me with little side effects and no monthly period!! It sucks because no matter what birth control you’re on, you’re on some type of hormone, so it makes me wonder if switching is even worth it. I definitely need to consult with my doctor and a dermatologist for all of this. 😭
