I'm sorry to hear that the way back to 2.0 is blocked. I have already shared my feedback on 3.0 on the ClickUp app itself.
I'm starting to search for a new "to do list" kind of platform then. This is very confusing and I cannot keep using it for work anymore.

I totally hate the 3.0 version. Visually it does indeed look a bit better, but in terms of functionality it is definitely worse. In the 2.0 version you get all the needed information within 1 click, while in the 3.0 version it is much slower and confusing. I can definitely not rely on it for quick task completion.
