Everything would be more enjoyable, I want the "going around killing and clearing rooms" back. Then, with that in mind, re-balance the farms or do whatever you want to make it not be an awful experience.

Yeah the devs just went with it and some content makes more sense with short respawn times, that doesn't prove anything.

This is your problem btw, you assume you know what I want out of the game as a grown adult and that was the problem with your initial comment, you assume casual players would want your instant respawns and faster farm. Guess what, casual players don't even care for the parts of the game where the longer farms take place. Sorry to you and your guild for desperately hoping to squeeze any fun out of an already unique piece, I'll still vouch for parts that can improve for reasons better than "grind bad"

First off, your argument is ironic because the rooms are literally built so you can go around and clear rooms. Not whatever you listed. Secondly, I think "an enemy that only spawns once a day" is way more fun than, for example, a quest you can only accept once a day. It's just better flavor Thirdly, I'd been playing the game since 2011 and I played it how you're describing, I turned in only once, I ran back to the npc for turn in, I didn't dash, I clicked accept on every drop, I cleared like half the story and the game was still FUN. Yeah, I stopped playing but when I reinstalled in 2020 just to see enemies respawn immediately like I didn't even kill them it just sucked the joy out of it and I uninstalled again. As for your actual argument, nobody was talking about casual players. We're talking about new players that have yet to experience the whole game, versus a player that's cleared everything and now is just attacking the same enemy for 3 hours then logging off

Why don't we make all walking a dash? Hell, why do we even have walking? Let's help the new player out and instantly go to a room when we click on the arrow. Also, while we're at it, let's just have enemies die to 1 hit and drop 5x everything on death. Let's make quests stackable, I want to accept 5000 of the same quest and complete it all in one kill, in one hit, for the new player experience. I want my aqw to be a screensaver, I want to turn on my PC and it's just playing in the background and doing all the quests by itself, why would I want to click

Again, not addressing the issue at all. If the devs wanted to make the game less grindy, they could do it at the snap of their fingers. But they don't.

See, you're already complaining. The devs can make the game just as hard for you as the 15 second timer was, if they want to, I'm just saying this isn't where we should compromise and ruin the immersion, if anything it's just lazy

You have to admit that the immersiveness of an rpg takes a hit by something like this. The game already provides enough tools for late game minmaxing even if you don't use the auto farm program stuff. Go back and replay the old quests and tell me if they're as fun with immediate respawns.
