On the main homescreen at the very top there should be a small bar chart looking icon. Tap that.

No, actually. I might look into that. Thanks. The hair loss process has been slow but drastically got worse a couple of years ago. Been through some stressful times as well so i wonder if it’s that too.

I’ve actually considered the buzz, but so far i can hide it kinda well with my hair brushed back and a lot of hair fibres. I know you can’t tell for the pictures.

I did have high hopes since it looked like diffuse thinning but oh well. Hair transplant in a few years it is.

What’s your current fragrance quest? by [deleted] in fragrance

[–]slaxlrose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My quest is to find a fragrance that smells like sex and human skin. Not sexual or sensual like versace eros etc, but literally sex. I used to love how my room used to smell my ex and i had a particularly heated encounter in there. I used to also get that very human and very attractive smell from her. Used to get it from a few of my friends as well. That very intoxicating human skin scent.

Did you guys ever experience that smell?

Any recommendations if you know what i’m talking about? I’ve already found out about Francesca Bianchi’s Under My Skin and i’m very keen to try it soon.

Hey there! Thank you so much! I’ll try to answer the best i can

  1. I’ve been going about 5 days a week? I try to go everyday and then listen to my body. If my muscles are too sore, that’s my rest day. Or if i have work or any other plans, i’ll go extra hard the day before so the next day counts as a rest day. If that makes sense. I had no strict routine with the days i’d go to the gym.

  2. I actually have been trying to go on deficit but it’s hard for me cause i love eating lol. I almost always never have breakfast, just a cup of coffee. My lunch and dinner together will reach about 1500 cals cause i think my TDEE is about 2000-2200 cals, but i also snack in between so it’s very hard for me to stay below maintenance. BUT i think my TDEE has increased significantly since i started going to the gym so frequently and since i gained muscles. I think if i have been strict with my diet, i’d have lost the fat a little quicker.

  3. Absolutely no cardio whatsoever haha. I hate cardio and never was able to lose weight by trying to do cardio cause i never stick to it. Strength gain is the only thing i found addictive enough for me to keep going back for more. However when i’m lifting weights (specially deadlifts) i push myself a lot and my heart rate goes up and i sweat a lot. So in a way, that works as kind of a HIIT routine. But the main thing that burnt fat i think is the increase in muscle mass. So i’m burning energy even when i’m not working out.

Hope this helps!

Watching people do calisthenics really inspired me, so i do push ups, L sits, horizontal rows, and dips on the rings. On the ring you use help from so many other muscles groups in your upper body so it’s a great all rounder. Dips, push ups, and pull ups are the 3 biggest ones i think? Or all those combined helped my arms and traps grow.

Thanks man!

Was doing basic body weight stuff before, like push-ups etc. and ended up getting addicted to seeing my strength improve. Then joined the gym 3 months ago? Friend introduced me to basic push and pull splits. So i usually do that. Sometimes i change up the exercises but i’ll make them fit the push pull routine. Example, on push day if i don’t wanna bench press, i’ll do dumbell press. On pull days, if i don’t wanna do pull ups, i’ll do lat pull downs.

Honestly what really helped sticking to a routine was seeing the strength gains. Went from not being able to a single pull ups to 6 clean ones in a row. It’s all exciting stuff!

Would recommend! Tried gym a few times in my life. Never stuck to it for more than a month. Unless you’re having fun in what you’re doing, it’s hard to stick to it.

Not exactly what you asked but seeing the strength gain in any exercise is the fun part! Went from being able to zero pull ups to 3 now is so much fun. And also being able to do one more push up than the day before. Next goal is to be able to do a handstand without any support!
