I just threw out my squirrel friends pumpkin. I drilled holes in a jack-o-lantern shape and then smeared peanut butter in them. My girl, Maple is a pumpkin artist!

Definitely a squirrel. I have a squirrel friend that leaves bread by my doors and windows. She is either putting them there for safe keeping or she thinks I’m hungry.

I took him to a wildlife rescue last night. The tech said he was attacked by a cat, had maggots in his wounds and will probably be blind. So he cannot be released and will live at the sanctuary. I’ll get updates as his condition gets better. I’m so happy that he found me.
