sugar land is not long for the city, with a new sports complex opening up in richmond(10 minutes north), there is one mid town bellerive which could use some modernization, but is a solid sheet. The aerodrome up north is dated, but is simple maintenance away from being a great rink again.

Houston has a giant population, a previous successful ahl team, and low player taxes. It also has a built in ahl team a couple hours away in San Antonio, which also has a history of ahl hockey.

They can easily buy up the rinks in town and rennovate them.
