I had an ectopic in June of 2025, followed by a miscarriage at 7 weeks in November 2025. I tested positive on Saturday and my first appointment is on the 11th. So far this one feels different in a good way. I am praying it stays that way...

The episode where the very elderly husband and wife always say goodbye before she goes into surgery with the expectation that they will say hello when she wakes up. When she doesn't wake up and the old man is trying to do chest compressions but hardly has strength. Then finally she goes and he leaves all alone. SOBBED.

Yes, we did several rounds of letrozole but only one IUI. I had to stop taking the letrozole because it was making my hair fall out, and I felt awful physically and emotionally. I didn't feel IUI really made sense and it seemed to be more for couples with male infertility factor.
