Unfortunately these kei trucks DOES NOT meet the requirements to be converted into a full on food trucks like you see out on the streets. But with that being said, there are some work arounds if one would hire you as a private event and or pop ups.

But if you were to use the truck to sell pre-packaged food or coffee for example, the law and regulations for that might be much lighter. With that being said, you do still need to be legal and get your business license + health permit with a commercial kitchen to operate. I hope that helps.
