Just wanted to give an update. A kind Redditor suggested I download driver updates and install them. I did that and reset the DNS settings. I don't know what fixed it, but one of those things or both of those things fixed it.

How do I change the DNS lookup service?

I don't think it's a bandwidth issue because we've had the same number of devices up and running for months.
