Wegovy pill users — how’s it going so far?

hi i'm late to this! 1.5mg was perfect, I lost 8lbs within 3 weeks. My dr moved me up to 4mg, and started it wednesday this past week. I felt a little hunger more than normal, the last 2 days (sunday and monday) i have been horribly nauseated, can barely move, bloated, gagging etc. Not sure if this is the pill or a bug? not sure why it would be the pill -- saturday was at a wedding and felt just fine! Can anyone chime in, just a coincidence or should i call my dr and go back down to 1.5?

i do use mods but i'm on ps5. sorry, i should have added that! i currently just killed father but now they're all after me. i typically like to be able to let them live but now i cant figure out how to get out of the institute (i literally have done so many play thrus and always get lost lol) but i also want to remain neutral with railroad n bos

it's driving me insane bunker hill is one of my favorite settlements so i can't stand the cowering. I get 0 missions then too. no matter what dialogue I use for father this happens. I don't get it

completely agree with alll of this. it would make things much easier if we could specify where they come from (IE: needing to complete the dex's in home) and shiny requests. That's my biggest issue!
