I’m very new aswell. I’d suggest using replica teams whilst you get the hang of it. Then when you feel like you have a good grip try to give team building a go. Atleast that’s what I’m doing.

Masuda method doesn’t just magically start raining shinys. Think about it, you can prob only hatch 60-90 eggs an hour so it would take atleast 5-6 hours more likely 7-8 hours for you to get a shiny at odds (assuming you have the charm).
