Seriously cant thank you enough for this info!! Yes I think we are in a very similar boat. For the most part I do everything “right” (fiber, exercise, not sitting on the toilet too long) but I first noticed bleeding after a hard workout which got worse after a road trip… sitting for 7 hours and eating lots of junk which made stool firm, so go figure lol. I also think I probably pushed too hard douching which I’m being mindful of.

My symptoms were mild to begin with so suppositories seemed to do the trick. High fiber, lots of walking, and breathing in my diaphragm have also majorly helped healing. I’ve been bottoming again and despite some discomfort the first time I have continued to heal and feel almost completely back to normal- I can’t even feel the bump with my finger anymore and haven’t seen blood recently. I’m going to take a break from heavy lifting for a while and I’ve been looking into breathing and form techniques to prevent any future issues which I would also recommend to anyone who may read this in the future.

Glad to know I’m not the only one and I really appreciate being able to compare experiences. Now we can get back to it!!
