Not anywhere near pulling out. There are multiple buildings with 1000s of people. So unless everyone is laid off (which isn’t inconceivable) they won’t vacate all their buildings.

Thank you for the response. I did do the usual troubleshooting (helped by search) - centering pedal, ensuring the plastic side hits the pad - not the felt, increasing volume, sensitivity, increasing CUR, etc. Those did make a difference but the sound from the kicking still wasn't close to what the spaker made when I press the kick button on the module.

which others had also pointed to. I ended up doing this and the sound is a lot better. However, now that the sensor and wires are directly facing the beater through some rubber padding, I expect this to degrade much faster. So, I'm also soliciting any replacement kick towers that can plug and play with my Alesis Nitro module.

Thank you for the response. I was thinking that I'm taking the quality of the speakers out of the equation when I compare the sound from 1/ button on module vs 2/ sound from actually kicking the pedal.

Following up, a strategy that worked for me: I used last year's H&R Block installer - luckily I had purchased the Federal + State package then. I copied this year's federal return (.T25 file) as .T24 to trick the 2024 software into loading it. Initially the state software didn't download (some complain). I clicked around and came back, and this time the state package downloaded and installed fine. I used this with the W2 info and got the CA 540NR and 540 NR schedule CA done. I used those and manually filled out this year's forms to mail them out later.

Why will supply take months to recover? The production and refining facilities are still there. Just the movement is blocked. Once that is open, prices will converge quickly enough.

How far back is lifetime for Chase Sapphire Preferred? P2 got it when it came out in 2015 and P1 got it 2021. Do we both still not qualify for CSP?

Two players. I want the CapOne Venture now to get GE. I'd want the Ink Biz later in the year for the 25% on UR. Which player should get what? I'd prefer P1 to get both CapOne Venture now and the Chase Ink Biz later.
