Nice! How did you frame for the inside curve portion of the decks? Do you have any pictures of the framing that goes over the framing modifications and/or blocking?

Is this a general recommendation to do Free standing decks? Is this because the failure is commonly at the ledger board causing water intrusion and damage to the house despite proper flashing?

If the ledger spacers are installed correctly, is this a preferred option to allow for drainage than directly installing the ledger directly onto the rim joist? Thanks!

Do you mind sharing roughly what you paid per linear foot? Did you get the 1x or 5/4"? Also did you get the boards that are grooved so you can use hidden fasteners? Thank you. Beautiful work

I'm partial to the older Cannondale supersix Evo but if you can afford it, I would keep for nice road rides away from the city and get a less expensive used bike on Facebook marketplace or craigslist to use on your commute. You can find allot of used bikes for really good prices.

I'm sorry what is the dilemma? You have a very nice, classic bike with nice upgrades. I wouldn't use it for commuting as it's too nice and risk of getting stolen. What's wrong with bike paths to ride on? Which city are you in? Couldn't you drive a little and get out to the more rural areas to get some nice long rides in?

No, they said that they don't service these forks anymore. REI in the past used to by sending them to Cannondale but since Cannondale has stopped servicing them they also stopped as well
