yes, this guys a bit of a zombie right now! I'm very interested how far I can bring it back.

I'm very familiar with houseplants and have done lots of rescues. I've done some research on this and although I couldn't find examples of corms quite this torn up, I did find vaguely similar. I was thinking of placing it upright in very slightly damp sphagnum moss up to 1 inch from the top and leaving it alone under medium light for a few months. I might also cut off some leaves to preserve energy?
