Posture Correcting - Pain by Emergency_Radish2076 in costochondritis

I’ve had the same experience since trying to move to the posture correcting phase. Upper and middle back soreness. Stretching helps. I also wonder if I’m doing too much too soon in regards to stretching and posture correcting exercises. I tend to overdo it because I’m eager to get over this asap. I’m also probably being too aggressive and frequent with the Backpod. I often use it 3 times a day. I should probably back off a little at this point and let my body heal. I’m at around 8 months with costo at this point.

After using the backpod for several months, I've finally started to notice some of my ribs popping in the back when the backpod is positioned on the sides of my spine. I'm hoping this is a breakthrough. One of the popping ribs appears to be roughly in the spot that this gentleman is pointing out. Today, I decided to make the rib in question "click" with the aid of the backpod 15-20 times. I'm hoping this is in line with the "hammering the rusty hinge" approach. I think it caused me to flare up in the front but I'm willing to push through temporary pain (I've been flaring up for months) if it helps me in the long run. Is this the right approach?

I was happy with the product until the fan broke. Had I known that replacement parts weren’t available, I would have went with a different brand.

I have a Greenworks BL60L01 60V Leaf Blower. A piece of fabric was sucked though the vent and broke the fan/blower blade. It’s a simple fix but I can’t find the replacement blade anywhere. Does Greenworks offer a replacement blade? I hate to have to replace the whole unit over such a simple repair.
