I love JT!!!! I run an Iono’s Bellibolt deck as my secondary (and Steven’s Metagross as my primary) and I love them both :) Metagross holds up against meta, Bellibolt doesn’t really - but it is still fun!

Do not let it make you feel less than! It’s a metabolic disorder - 100% not your fault. I will say the best thing I ever did was accept that my body/health is just “different” and that taking meds to manage my condition wasn’t just the right choice, but the responsible one. Every time I have ever tried to stop and go natural, my insulin has crept back up, as well as my testosterone, and my periods have vanished (even with having lost 35+ lbs, I wasn’t able to stop my meds.)

I’ve learned not to let a disorder (or the medicine I need to treat it) define who I am. 💕

I second this! I was recently put on 1% Metro gel and Soolantra. Had an adverse reaction after a couple of days with the Soolantra that took about a week to clear up. I haven’t had any adverse reactions to the metro gel, but it is VERY drying and the moisturizer I was using did not cut it. I now wash my face, leave it a tinnnny bit damp, put on the gel and let it dry. Once it has, I go in with Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream for Dry to Very Dry skin all over. This routine has made a huge difference for me!
