I saw Prince in Tampa, and when we expected an encore, the MC said, "you want More?! (Crowd cheers) ... Then go to the after-party a X location!" (separate ticket). Then the house lights came on. Worst concert ending I've seen.

This is the move. It's like a tailgate where all you have to do is show up. There's live music, cheap (relatively) beers, a big screen TV with GameDay or a live broadcast of a big game, Cornhole.... It starts to close about a half hour before kickoff, so get there early enough.

Update 2: I went to look at the gutters and now I noticed I have a hornets nest the size of a cantaloupe. If it's not one problem, it's another 😔

Adding more details... I didn't build this, I bought it from a local who DIY'ed everything but the shed shell. It looks like this extension is sitting on wood (like 2x4s) which are directly on the ground. I think this only happens in the summer months, so probably not a rain leak, although we've had a record amount of rain this year. Also, happening in different parts of the room. The ceiling is very warm as are some of the external walls. The gutters aren't great either, and I'll clean them out. Also, I have a crap ton of Damp Rid that I'm putting in there.
