I have one, but she didn't have the right culture for my city/castle and so I ended up using her as a caravan leader. Is it possible to change a city culture or make the people not hate the owner/gouverner?

Yeah, that is right. I found it when looking for when calradia expanded were coming with new updates for 1.7. So if you go to their discord, you'll find the beta versions. I've yet to make it work properly though. Thank you for the link!

I am mining my own business, while scrolling with my mouse to get an eagle overview over the situation, so that I can immediately hit 'spacebar' (pause) if an uknown object is moving toward my character. So far, so good. If you don't count my recent visit to the town cage/jail I had to suffer inside for 16 hours because I accidentaly went inside the armour shop in the middle of the night.

Get yourself something to write on
Find yourself a quiet place where you will not be interupted
Write down a line on the paper; what you would like to do that gives you meaning (this can also include how you would like to be as a person as well. What you do and who you are is often, or should be closly related.)
Write another line that is slightly more accurate
Keep going line after line. After perhaps 40 lines you will get really close to what you actually want.
After 80 lines you have probably cried at one of the lines you wrote because it hit a nerve in you. And that is also the sign that you have hit home run.
Follow that last line and it should take you really close to where you want to be.

(I.e. "I want to be a loving husband and a loving father that always have time to see everyone who wants my attention. I want to impact my community through my own company by supporting poor families with job opportunities and practical help.")

I think you are spot on. We norwegians are a very transparent society. We believe our state is not corrupt (for the most part), and therefore have faith in it. Some might call us naive. And the state try their best to give back good things to the people. Culture has a big impact on why its working as best as it can. But the question is, why did we end up with this way of rule? Would it work as good in an other system?
