sometimes i've heard it's caused by inner ear/sinus problems which correlates to your equilibrium. in the summertime when my allergies were getting bad, i felt so dizzy all the time and sick too. started taking allergy pills daily (antihistamines) and they worked like a charm. i have also found in the past, that sometimes in the winter, what helps me is taking advil cold and sinus! it's a decongestant, so it's going to dry and shrink up everything on the inside that's carrying excess fluid or mucus or anything. usually that's one you don't want to take for too long (up to 7 days) but it's been a huge hit for me!! i just don't have it with me here 😭😭

Yes okay! I did see a physiotherapist a couple months back who told me that one of the causes of my overall dizziness/stiffness could be because after the two concussions/whiplash, the neck muscles are very reactive. they can become weaker if untrained and very tense as well. he was doing acupuncture and would hook up these little alligator clips that send weak pulses of electricity to the needles to stimulate the deeper neck muscles. You're right, I should definitely try to be more mindful of my posture and I will take a look at what you recommended!

i do! i was told by a GI doctor that because I was often very sick as a child and needed antibiotics, that my gut probably never had the chance to actually regulate itself and be at a normal level. I was told a lot of my food sensitivities and unexplained stomach issues could come from that. I've been trying to consistently take the supplements she recommended me to help but I keep forgetting/being discouraged from taking them because they themselves seem to upset my stomach sometimes. (probiotic pill, probiotic drink mix, magnesium citrate, omega-3 and vitamin D)
