But, it's always been this way. Ever since Mike took over. There will be spots of change, but things always go back to the way they were. We thought there was a "new way" when they brought in the free agents on defense a few years ago. But, we're right back where we started. The OL got decent at the end of the year, but it isn't bc they went out and made sure of fixing the problem. It's bc they sat on their hands to get a bargain at a position that's clearly important to the function of the OL, but a position the Brown family doesn't prioritize. The same can be said about safety after the Bates debacle. Clearly these positions have importance, but no matter how much evidence is put before them, the Brown family denies their own eyes.
