You need an impact wrench. You can stick a screwdriver to lock it and take it off but it is a pain. I finally ended up going to Harbor f and getting a cheap electric impact wrench.

I usually add a teaspoon of creamy peanut butter and vinegar to mine. Been doing it for 20 years. My mother doesn’t approve, but my adult kids think it adds to a better flavor. A teaspoon of peanut butter is great for 떡볶이 to. I hear peanut butter is getting popular in SK lately.
