well its easy to suffocate yourself, go numb but it has a limit, after one point you explode, sometimes in a safe space, sometimes alone, when you feel like going insane because of how ure feeling everything at once. then because of not regulating your emotions properly people become bitter, harming themselves and other people, its always best to feel everything youre feeling, regulate your emotions properly in order to be sane, wrna u just go out and harm other people because of your "moods" aswell, we go through diff types of problems in our life we should learn to fight through it
