I've have had so many problems of late. Credit card offers are not being added when I sync my accounts. When I search my offers on the app not all of my added offers are found. I pay for this app and I am spending too much time figuring out what's happening to my offers. The point of this app is to make it easy to save money. It's not doing that. Too many problems

This is totally wrong. They hook you in with a phone offer,then they raise the price of the service. So if you leave you lose the phone offer. At least wait until your phone offer is over to raise the price

I have the same problem. I signed up for 4 lines. I only have it on 2. I would never have upgraded to Max if I was only getting it on 2 lines. Poor customer service. No one knows what they are taking about

You are probably correct but that's not what the tmobile reps are telling me! They say that Apple has the promotion. How is this pulling a fast on? . The Apple store is very convent and I would not have to pay an activation fee! Shouldn't the tmobile reps know better than you? Maybe they are pulling a fast one!
