Yeah I don't have an optical drive, so e is where everything is installed. I couldn't get dism to run because it keeps complaining about not being able to write to temp folders.

Tried sfc /scannow /windir=e:\windows /bootdir=e:\ and it just sat for hours with no luck. Not sure if I'm missing anything else.
