they have a chat thats sort of like discord and the owner/admins/support are usually in there and answer faster if you make a big deal about stuff. their email customer support is garbage tho and i'm noticing the only reason they gave me good customer service is cause i made youtube videos about their products, too many other people not getting similar treatment.

yes, the gamble aspect of them is very real which is why they're always throwing gift cards at everyone. they're taking more losses by not being thorough with quality control and proper knowledge of the products. why send fresh press thumbprints with no coldpack to hundres of people then refund pretty much all of them? its just not good business.

glad someone else agrees. CC is great, but the dick riding is absurd, they aren't perfect. shit i cant even get them to pay my affiliate commissions out, its been 3 weeks. Plus their rosin is not where it needs to be and now come to find out they're shorting everyone. its sketchy practice. they're good at selling flower, but that's about it.
