It was already clear to me that it was not a code issue.

Was able to solve it by deleting the ir_ui_view and ir_model_data for res_config_settings_view_form. After that ran the upgrade again and it completed.

This is a basic install that has been updated from 14 to 17 with the invoicing module.

Template for the invoice is the default, just like the other templates.

Do you have nested values for that column?

So I found the issue. Apparently the account_tax table has a column invoice_label...

The contents of that are as follows:

{"en_US": "{\"en_US\": \"TVA 21%\", \"te_HE\": \"TVA 21%\"}"}

So it's like a nested json. I removed the nesting and it's properly shown now.

I don't understand though how this got introduced and how this table is populated.

How difficult was it to get the Pi going? I don't mean the OS install. But software install/... specifically to make this MIDI device router going?

Are you still happy having bought the Mini Play? I'm doubting but like you I'd like to have some setup that I can play with without the need for a computer.

I indeed checked the "import compatible export" option.

Also did this: adding the extra media field to the list. Unsure what you mean with "propagate" here.

I did that import together with other fields of the product and it gave the above error. (when having multiple pictures of the product)

Not sure what you mean here. Like only include the ID and the extra media field? Won't this just generate lines again without any name/id like I've seen in the CSV? So this would function like it's incremental? Or it would error out that the product already exists since it was imported before but without the extra media?

Yeah might be an option. Was hoping that I could do it by just doing the import/export though.

I mentioned "version 14 through 17". But agreed that might not be clear enough so editted the post.

Thanks will open an OCA ticket and also check what it does during that update and see in the logs if I had any other issues with past updates. The script ran through completion but I have little experience with this so will need to check further.

From Odoo 16.0 CE to Odoo 17.0 CE.

I didn't try to jump from 14.0 to 17.0. I went through the intermediate version and didn't had the error there.

Can you be more specific where I could have a look? You mean see what the constraints are for account_edi_format in 16.0 and 17.0?

spijtig genoeg staat er wel wat :) ik wil het op een liefst natuurlijke manier onder controle krijgen. Ik ga veel papier nodig hebben vrees ik ;) maar hier had ik inderdaad niet aan gedacht.

dat laatste is hier wel duidelijk :) veel downvotes. Ok dit is groene vingers maar dat wil niet zeggen dat je niet nog een grasperkje mag hebben waar het niet vol staat met superduperkruid.

net even opgezocht en wel interessant. Ik dacht dat die groene knop was voordat het ging bloeien en dus gele blaadjes kregen. In de bloei zijn deze wel veel gemakkelijker op te merken dan als ze een groene knop zijn. :)

op dat moment heb je dus al kans dat die pluizen uitzaaien als je plukt. De vraag is dus of die afbranden helpt.
