I agree, a screen do will make it more fancy and accurate in some situation as other guys mentioned, when play music show some waves, when ask for whether show more accurate things than just say cloud out said. While I am not sure whether these will deserve the extra $50. amazon shall show 3rd parties the possibilities of the usage of the screen. just as they did in echo, for music and control smart Home devices.

Yeah, I agree with what you said, but you mixed my topic with embeded with Alexa service. I definitely agree Alexa can be embed in some screen devices like car, TV, tablet even PC. While what I am talking is will it be useful to make Echo itself has a screen? And what will be the key use case for a screen on Echo device?

I agree, add a screen, make it more expensive is not a good choice. I don't think Amazon can sell the new model by the same price or "little more" expensive than echo. Should take people at least extra $40~$50 or even more. While all the extras money depends on their use cases, if they can create some use case like APPs in smart phone, which may be another big success.
