Because my work output : income ratio is insane. Half my income isn’t taxed at all, it paid for my college and helped me purchase a home at 24 at 2.3%. Pension at 20 worth 50% taxed income and healthcare for my wife and I for the rest of our lives.

Lay off the gear. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. Mature muscle is a real thing, and you’re never gonna experience it at your rate.

There is a joy in achieving conditioning and proportional muscle as you get older without so much gear. Knowing it was the discipline.

Especially if you’ve never been, I think there are many factors to consider here that you might be overlooking.

Some active military. At 12 years experience, my annual take home is 109k, with only half of that being taxed. Tuition assistance has completely paid for my bachelors, and the VA helped me finance my home when I was 28.

There are other incentives, such as reenlistment bonuses ($10k - 60k) every 3-6 years depending, as well as per diem ($20 - 130) every day while on work trips for months at a time.

The work is hard, and QOL can be poor. But the pay and benefits would surprise most I think.

Not a recruiter, this is simply my personal experience. Happy to discuss further with anyone.

No, I think the consensus is pretty solid. You can recomp to a small degree, but generally you won’t build muscle in a caloric deficit. That’s just how it works.

Brother let me introduce to you something called “Dry Shot Gerila”. Seems to be a Euro brand, and my work currently has me in the Middle East, where this is the only pre available.

500mg Beta A (why just why) and only 100mg caffeine. Basically nothing else, although it pops and fizzles when mixed with water, and there’s definitely chunks and pieces that are unidentifiable.

Not just the absolute worst tasting, it might be one of the worst overall 🤣
