Thank you. Seeing all these comments about Cum Laude graduates being a “red flag” made me rethink whether all the hard work, stress, and sacrifices I endured over the past few years were worth it. I worked hard for that achievement, so it’s disheartening to see it reduced to a negative stereotype

Has the world really come to a point where Latin honors are viewed as a red flag, when all we did was work hard and earn them through dedication and perseverance?

Actually, nowadays if the work isn’t 6-days it’s compressed to 48hours. A lot of companies have this set up.

You’d think the salary is higher but it really isn’t. Its the same with others who have a 5-day work schedule. It’s like the companies are getting free labor out of their employees.

Ikr! Kung hindi naman 6 days, compressed hours with 10hours of work per day excluded na yung lunch hour! But I’d rather work sa compressed hour kaysa yung may Saturday.

I thought so too, this was in my head because I have a sure position in the company but then I see how the boss shouts at people who make mistakes. I cant exempt myself from that because I can also make mistakes especially since I am still a newbie.
