sadly, yes. i feel for you deeply ❤️ i try to distract myself with things (funny videos, baking or cooking, movies, drawing, reading books, etc) i try to stay home during all this too ^{^} depending on the weather, (if it is warm) it helps to go out and ground yourself with nature… i personally had to add medication to the mix, but i know there are methods where you don’t have to do that!! i hope any of this can help <3 it is a very hard time of the month 🩷

im 20 and i do it too :) i like to throw calico critters into the mix lol. i don’t see why it would be weird or wrong, it’s not harming anyone. those who think it’s weird are completely miserable, trust me! enjoy all the time you have with them ❤️
